Holiday Return Window For gifts ordered between November 16–December 16, you have until January 6 to start the return process.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges for all customers worldwide!
We have a 14-day return policy from the date you received it, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please be advised that refunds will only be issued for the price of the products purchased. Regrettably, the shipping cost of the initial order and the cost of the return are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags and in the original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@ssup.store. If your return is approved, orders from the United States and Canada will receive a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send the package.
For all other international orders, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that Ssup.store will not accept items sent back to us without prior return authorization.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items All discounted items are final, including special holidays such as Black Friday. No refunds are offered once you complete checkout.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This will allow us to address the issue promptly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To begin an exchange, please send us an email at support@ssup.store.
The product must be returned in its original packaging or in new condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange at our discretion.
Reasons for denying exchanges may include:
. The product was ordered incorrectly.
. The product is damaged.
. It has been more than 30 days since the product was received.
Refunds
We understand that waiting for a refund can be a bit stressful. Rest assured, we will notify you as soon as we've received and inspected your return. We will then let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If it's approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. Thank you for your patience.
