Since all items on the Ssup website are custom printed just for you, you can reach out to us at support@ssup.store for a complimentary return within 20 days of the most recent estimated delivery date for most items.
We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags and in the original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please reach out to us at support@ssup.store. If your return is approved, orders from the United States and Canada will receive a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send the package.
For all other international orders, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that Ssup Store will not accept items sent back to us without prior return authorization.
Note: Refunds will only be issued for the price of the products purchased. The shipping cost of the initial order is non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This will allow us to address the issue promptly.
Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The product must be returned in its original packaging or in new condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange at our discretion.

We understand that waiting for a refund can be stressful. Rest assured, we will notify you as soon as we've received and inspected your return. We will then let you know if the refund has been approved or not.
If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. Thank you for your patience.
