What is the Ssup Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy?

Since all items on the Ssup website are custom printed just for you, you can reach out to us at [email protected] for a complimentary return within 20 days of the most recent estimated delivery date for most items.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges for all customers worldwide!

We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags and in the original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to initiate a return

To initiate a return, please reach out to us at [email protected]. If your return is approved, orders from the United States and Canada will receive a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send the package.

For all other international orders, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that Ssup Store will not accept items sent back to us without prior return authorization.

Note: Refunds will only be issued for the price of the products purchased. The shipping cost of the initial order is non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Non-returnable items and reasons for denied returns

Ssup Store does not accept returns or issue refunds for the following reasons:

• You have entered an incorrect address. If you mistakenly provided the wrong address, please contact us immediately. If you do so before we ship your order, we can update it for you.
• You ordered the wrong size. You can still exchange for the correct size, however.
• You forgot to use a promo code.
• The product must not show any signs of damage, such as cracks, dents, or scratches, and should not be altered in any way.
• It has been more than 20 days since you received your item.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This will allow us to address the issue promptly.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To begin an exchange, please send us an email at [email protected].

The product must be returned in its original packaging or in new condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange at our discretion.

Reasons for denying exchanges may include:

• The product was ordered incorrectly.
• The product is damaged.
• It has been more than 30 days since the product was received.

Refunds

We understand that waiting for a refund can be stressful. Rest assured, we will notify you as soon as we've received and inspected your return. We will then let you know if the refund has been approved or not.

If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. Thank you for your patience.
